Prairie Oak and Resurrection Win National Award Competition
Prairie Oak Communications in River Forest and Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago have received a national public relations award.

Vicky Lekovish, executive vice president of the firm, and Phyllis Pavese, director, public relations, Resurrection Medical Center, received the 2004 Crystal Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards for a 50th anniversary program book for Resurrection Medical Center.

Vicky Lekovish, executive vice president of the firm, and Phyllis Pavese, director, public relations, Resurrection Medical Center, received the 2004 Crystal Award of Distinction from The Communicator Awards for a 50th anniversary program book for Resurrection Medical Center, which is part of Resurrection Health Care.

Prairie Oak contributed writing and research on the project. Since 1997, Prairie Oak has won nine national or regional public relations honors.

Prairie Oak Communications, a public relations and marketing communications firm based in River Forest, has been recognized with a national public relations award. Jim Wisuri, president, received the Crystal Award of Distinction from The Communicator Awards for a report that outlined how the State of Illinois had made substantial progress on juvenile justice issues. The award represents the eighth time in the last six years that Prairie Oak has received national or regional honors for its work.
